JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Isuopur P. S. Case no. 15 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 30/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is father of accused Manan Singh, from whose premises it is alleged that foreign liquor has been recovered. Copy of the seizure list was enclosed with the written report where it is mentioned that liquor has been recovered from the premises which has been taken on rent by Manan Singh, son of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14534 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Isuopur P.S. case no. 15 of 2017, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Saran at Chapra, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
