Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 379, 506/34 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant on the head by means of farsa.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Both sides sustained injury. Injury allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender
