2. This application for grant of regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 1491 of 2022 arising out of Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 117 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Due to trivial dispute, the occurrence took place in which son of the informant was assaulted with bhala and his brother was also assaulted by all accused persons. In hospital two injured, namely, Roshan Kumar and Ratnesh Kumar has been declared dead.

4. This case is of double murder and allegation levelled against the petitioner is of assaulting the deceased.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner even though other similarly situated accused has been granted bail.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
