JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 06-03-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Petitioner. It has been submitted that due to inadvertence in the 3rd and 5th paragraph of the order dated 22.02.2017, by which the petitioner was granted bail, „Maner P.S. Case No.15 of 2015‟ has been typed in place of "Manpur P.S. Case No.15 of 2015". Further, in the last paragraph of the same order, „Maner P.S. Case No.33 of 2015‟ has been typed in place of "Manpur P.S. Case No.33 of 2015".

In view of such, the order dated 22.02.2017 is modified to the extent that in 3rd and 5th paragraph of the order dated 22.02.2017, in place of „Maner P.S. Case No.15 of 2015‟, it should be read as "Manpur P.S. Case No.15 of 2015" and in the last paragraph of the order dated 22.02.2017, in place of „Maner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7392 of 2017 (3) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 P.S. Case No.33 of 2015‟, it should be read "Manpur P.S. Case No.33 of 2015".

Let this order be communicated to the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No.33 of 2015.
