The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 16 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 498(A), 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2022.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for regular bail is allowed.
