2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 11 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 69, 351(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have committed rape of the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2026 and it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been settled between the parties and both petitioner and the victim girl will get married.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move the Court

No.43783 of 2026(2) dt.06-07-2026 2/2 below afresh and file a compromise petition accepting marriage and if the informant supports the compromise in the Court below then the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 11 of 2026.

6. It is made clear that if the informant does not supports the factum of compromise then appropriate orders shall be passed by the Court below.
