The petitioners have filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondent no. 2, the District Magistrate, Saharsa to dispose of Bandobasti Appeal No. 10 of 2013 which have been filed by the petitioners for cancellation of settlement made by DCLR Saharsa in favour of private respondent.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8059 of 2016 (2) dt.31-07-2018 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the State has filed counter affidavit but did not state about the disposal of Bandobasti Appeal No. 10 of 2013 pending before the Collector.

Having considered the submission of both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Saharsa, respondent no. 2, to dispose of Bandobasti Appeal No. 10 of 2013 after hearing both sides within four months from the date of receipt of this order.

With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
