1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Araria vide order dated 08.04.2022 passed in B.P. No.283 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Trial Court failed to consider that there was grievous injury on the vital part of the injured, however, within month the regular bail was granted to the opposite party no.2. He further submits that the trial in this case is not in progress, accordingly, he submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46082 of 2022(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Araria (Madanpur) P.S. Case No.662 of 2020.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Araria (Madanpur) P.S. Case No.662 of 2020 and the petitioner shall also assist the Court for early disposal of the case.
