Patna High Court MJC No.576 of 2016 (2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 The learned counsel for the opposite party has filed a show cause wherein an order dated 18.03.2016, passed by the District Magistrate, Purnea has been annexed, whereby and where under the cases of the petitioners have been re-examined and accordingly a decision has been taken.

In view of the aforesaid, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to assail the order dated 18.03.2016, if so advised.
