The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that from his possession mobile phone was recovered, whereas from the possession of his companion one loaded pistol and two cartridges were recovered. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.05.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
