JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 13 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and others is of firing on the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been made accused in this case and though there is allegation that he and others have fired but that did not hit anybody.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that petitioner has criminal antecedent as he is an accused in three other cases, as such, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
