2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 123 of 2022/G.R. No. 1803 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have taken away minor victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.04.2022.

5. From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C, it appears that it is a case of love affair. The medical report of daughter of the informant suggests that she is a major.
