JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections366(A), 376(D), 354A, 354B, 341, 344, 372, 373, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-4, 8 and 10 of POSCO Act. It is alleged in the written report that the petitioner took the informant along with other accused to Sultanganj and from there, to Patna and kept her for eight days and committed illegal act with her. Thereafter, this petitioner sold the informant to one Sainu Paswan for Rs. 1,00,000/- who took her to Delhi and he kept her confined in a room for fifteen days and committed illegal act with her. Sainu broght her to Jibarpur and kept in the house of Pappu Paswan . The complainant managed to escape from there on

The statement of victim was recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she has supported her case and levelled specific allegation against the petitioner as mentioned in the written report. The victim has stated her age as 13 years and the court below has assessed her age 14 years. In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected. (Sanjay Priya, J) A.K.V./- U T
