2. In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order by which the discharge application of the petitioner has been rejected.

3. The FIR and the materials during investigation are in support of strong suspicion against the petitioner and strong suspicion is enough to frame charges against the petitioner. The petitioner was seen running from the place of occurrence with a spear.

4. Considering the aforesaid, I am not inclined to
