For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Jagnnath Singh, Adv. For the Respondent/s : Mr. Raju Giri, G.P.30 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 20-08-2018 A plain reading of the prayer made in the writ petition would confirm that the issue has become academic inasmuch as the petitioner questions the result of the preliminary examination of the 2nd Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination, the result of which was published on 03.02.2016. Obviously, the final examination must have been held by now and perhaps this is the reason though the State counsel is present there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
