Learned counsel representing the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 has drawn attention of this Court towards the statement made in paragraph 8 of the show cause wherein it is stated that the measurement and the tax has been assessed and the petitioner has made a payment of Rs. 1,10,685/- as per the valuation of the building in question for which a receipt has already been issued to him. It is stated that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the order of the learned Writ Court has been fully complied with.
