Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) Release of the admitted dues of Rs.1,82,41,620/- in connection with the Extra Work done for Design, Construction of Tent City, Kangan Ghat Patna on eve of Prakash Parv held in the city of Patna; or (ii) Direction upon the Respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.2768 of 2021 dt.22-11-2021 2/3 dispose of the Representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure-7 to 11 by a reasoned and speaking order within a prescribed time limit with the consequential direction to release the payments if the same is found to be admitted dues to the petitioner."

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to the authority concerned to consider and decide the petitioner's representations, contained in Annexures 8, 9 and 10 to the writ petition, within a period of four weeks from today for redressal of the grievance(s).

Well none can have any objection to the same. As such, petition stands disposed of in the following mutually terms:- (a) The authority concerned shall consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner as contained in Annexures 8, 9 and 10 to the writ petition expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of four months from today ;

(b) Needless to add, while considering such representation, principles of natural justice shall be followed and due opportunity of hearing afforded to the parties; (c) Equally, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to take

(d) We are hopeful that as and when petitioner takes recourse to such remedies, as are otherwise available in law, before the appropriate forum, the same shall be dealt with, in accordance with law and with reasonable dispatch; (e) Liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the Court, if the need so rises subsequently on the same and subsequent cause of action;

(f) We have not expressed any opinion on merits. All issues are left open;
