Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that when the informant gave the betel and on demand of price of his betel, petitioners assaulted the informant.
However, there is no injury on his person and this case was lodged after delay of nine days and petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5686 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 namely, Bilash Yadav and Babloo Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No.152 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
