This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent no. 5 to execute the operative order dated 22.10.2014 passed in favour of the petitioner in Land Dispute Case No. 40 of 2014. The petitioner filed a case bearing Land Dispute Redressal Case No. 40/L/2014 for correction of Khatiyan. The DCLR, Tikari, Gaya, vide order dated 22.10.2014 allowed the petition and directed the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Tikari to enter
Patna High Court CWJC No.5974 of 2016 (2) dt.27-08-2018 2/2 the Khatiyani Land of the petitioner bearing Khata No. 79, Khesra No. 306 'Ga' and 'Gha' in the assessment Register of Nagar Panchaya Tikari, Gaya but it appears that petitioner did not file any petition before the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Tikari for compliance of the order the D.C.L.R., Tikari and moved before this Court.
Having considered the fact, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner may file petition before the concerned authority along with the order of the D.C.L.R., Tikari, Gaya. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) sushma/- U
