JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2015 Mr. Subodh Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments in view of law laid down by this Court in the case of Sidheshwar Prasad Vs. Bihar State Road Transport Corporation and others reported in 2003(2) P.L.J.R. 841 seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to enable the petitioner, who is a Time Keeper of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation and thus a workman, to raise industrial disputes under section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act.

That being so, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.
