JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.46275 of 2017 by which petitioner was granted bail and one of the conditions was that petitioner had to co-operate in disposal of trial and make himself available in court as and when required without showing any genuine reason.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as the investigation has been handed over to the C.I.D. the petitioner is facing very difficulty in appearing in court regularly.

Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, the order dated 20.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.46275 of 2017 is modified to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42435 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 the extent that petitioner shall make himself available in court as and when required by the court.

This application is, accordingly, disposed of with above modification.
