The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 358, 504, 342, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 54724 of 2021 on 10.05.2022.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55133 of 2021(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
