2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023 for the offence under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, a stolen motorcycle has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.05.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
