JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016, G.R. No. 203 of 2016 registered under Sections- 406 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. She is a house wife having no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the informant opposing the prayer for bail has filed a counter affidavit and submits that there is specific allegation against this petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7802 of 2017 (4) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case finding the case to be true.

Considering nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the submissions advanced on behalf of the informant, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected.
