1. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.02.2020, passed in C.W.J.C. No.25832 of 2019, the admitted outstanding dues have already been paid to the petitioner, nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to avail such other alternative remedies, as are available under the law, for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
