JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2023 Petitioner is Basgit Parcha holder under the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act. She has approached this court for demarcation of the land settled in her favour.

Learned counsel for the State referring to Annexure - "A" to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 4 submits that demarcation of the land belonging to the petitioner has already been done by the authority and a Map has been prepared, which is at page no. 8 of the counter affidavit indicating the land settled in favour of the petitioner at Block-"C".

Taking into consideration the statement made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2164 of 2021(5) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 respondents in the counter affidavit and the Map attached therewith, it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.
