2. Report of learned trial court in terms of order dated 06.10.2023 of this Court was perused, from where it transpires that trial is likely to conclude by the end of February, 2024.

3. Report of learned trial court made available to this Court vide letter no. 30/2023 dated 12.10.2023, as available on record.

4. This is a case of huge recovery of Ganja, where the prayer of bail of petitioner has already rejected after considering all available merit vide order dated 03.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2959/2022

5. Save and except, custody period, nothing changed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47358 of 2023(6) dt.10-11-2023 2/2 substantially as to consider the prayer of bail afresh, particularly in view of the report of learned trial court as discussed aforesaid.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of petitioner is rejected herewith on second occasion also with a direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously within time period, as prayed through letter no. 30/2023 dated 12.10.2023 i.e. by end of February, 2024.

7. If necessary, learned trial court is directed to take up this matter on board, on day to day basis, as to conclude the trial within aforesaid time period.
