The petitioner seeks bail in Rajpur P.S. Case 93 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419, 420, 463, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that informant gave Rs.6,00,000/- in July, 2018 to the petitioner on pretext of getting job to his son. The informant has given aforesaid amount in two instalment, first, Rs.4,00,000 in the month of August, 2018 and further Rs.2,02,000/- in October, 2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. He submits that there is no document in support of payment of aforesaid amount to the petitioner by the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case 93 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
