2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahila (Madehpura) P.S. Case No. 52 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 376(d), 420, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.04.2023. He further submits that one F.I.R has also been registered against the petitioner by the informant.

4. It is alleged that victim was raped in Gurgaon and Bihar.

5. The informant is a grown up lady and a detailed F.I.R has been registered by her. From reading of the F.I.R, it appears that main part of the offence has taken place in Gurgaon.

6. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Mahila (Madehpura) P.S.
