JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-09-2018 Annexure-F to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos.1, 2 and 3 shows that the order passed by the learned Writ Court has been complied with by passing a reasoned order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, however, submits that the order, as contained in Annexure-F, is not a proper compliance of the order of the learned Writ Court, but after going through the same, this Court does not find any reason to proceed

Patna High Court MJC No.3975 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2018 with the contempt application because doing so would require going into the merits of the contention which this Court is not willing to do.

The application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said Annexure-F to the show cause, if so advised, in an appropriate proceeding.
