Petitioner seeks bail in Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No.59 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that case of the petitioner stands on similar footing with co-accused, who has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 06.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28816 of 2019.

In the written report, it is alleged that informant learnt from Chaukidar that his son has been shot dead. Petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42765 of 2019(3) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No.59 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
