The petitioner filed this modification petition for extension of time to surrender in the court below in pursuance of the order dated 15.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48346 of 2016. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender in court because she was carrying pregnancy and the doctor advised her for bed rest. Considering the facts aforesaid the period of surrender in the court below is extended for two weeks from today. Accordingly, the modification petition is allowed and this order shall be deemed as part of the order dated 15.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48346 of 2016.
