The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 86 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. In view of the fact that the petitioner is lady, let above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Gaya in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 86 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
