JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2017 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 448, 341, 323, 354(A), 379, 504 and 506 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though they have been named in the F.I.R but no specific allegation of any overt act has been attributed to them. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents and have been falsely implicated in this case due to political rivalry.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, petitioners are named in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16353 of 2017 (2) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 F.I.R. and allegations are serious, as such, let petitioners surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below after considering the submissions that no specific allegations have been made, shall pass an appropriate order, if possible on the same day, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
