Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, petitioner discharged his duty honesty, however after successful operation when the informant was asked to deposit fee and other expenditure, the informant side started to quarrel and thereafter lodged the present false case. Moreover, there is no medical report

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Muzafarpur (West) in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.).
