This application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58282 of 2021 whereby petitioners have been granted provisional anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the opposite party no. 2 in this case. Hence, he submits that the conditions imposed upon the petitioners are only applicable to the case of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49329 of 2022(3) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 husband of opposite party no. 2.

Considering the aforesaid submissions of the petitioners, this modification application is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 1st (West) Muzzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.98 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The order dated 24.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58282 of 2021 is modified as indicated above. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harsh/ BT U
