Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, son of the informant, namely, Ayush Kumar, aged about 13 years, had gone to supply milk but he did not return. Suspicion is that the petitioner alongwith coaccused kidnapped the boy as the co-accused was willing to marry with the daughter of the informant.

Considering lack of direct material against the petitioner, who is in custody since 26.06.2020, and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, who has got no criminal antecedent, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.1165 of 2021(3) dt.25-03-2021 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hussainganj Police Station Case No.218 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
