The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Puraini P.S.Case No. 103 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is a lady and there is allegation of recovery of two litres of liquor only and she has clean antecedent.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of Section 76(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let petitioner surrender and prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the court
