Counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition with direction to the respondent no. 4 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner (Annexure 4 to the writ petition).

In view of aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4/Commandant, BMP13, Darbhanga with all the necessary documents, including copy of this order, within a period of four weeks from today.
