At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be approaching the Managing Director, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority, Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority, Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by the Managing Director, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority, Bihar, Patna, within a period of six weeks, thereafter in accordance with
