The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P. S. Case No. 24 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 376, 511, 467, 468, 472 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and chargesheet was submitted under Sections 420, 406, 34 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant filed complaint case on the basis of which present F.I.R. was registered. The informant alleged that the accused persons persuaded her to execute a sale deed in the name of the petitioner for consideration amount of Rs. 1,36,000/-. But Rs. 68,000/- was paid as consideration amount and when she demanded the rest consideration amount of Rs. 68000/-, the accused persons are alleged to have misbehaved.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11941 of 2017 (4) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused Sikandar Sahani, the husband of the petitioner and Basant Kumar Gupta have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 50666 of 2016 and 49952 of 2015 respectively.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that the petitioner is a lady and her husband purchased the land in the name of the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Mahila P. S. Case No. 24 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
