The petitioner apprehends his arrest in N.D.P.S. Case No. 01 of 2017 arising out of P.R. No. 08 of 2017 registered for the offences under Section 20(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act. The informant raided the sweet shop of Bhola Singh and recovered 45 grams of ganja from the pocket of his paint. Bhola Singh is said to have disclosed that he purchased ganja from Dinesh Sudhi (the petitioner) and Krishna Mohan Pal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the disclosure made by Bhola Singh, the name of the petitioner figured in the case, but the house of the petitioner was not raided and not anything was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

No.17383 of 2017 (2) dt.09-05-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur, Bhabua in N.D.P.S. Case No. 01 of 2017 arising out of P.R. No. 08 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
