2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 225 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-AA), 26(1), 26(2), 35, 25(1-B)a of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol, two live cartridges and some tools which were to be used in illegal manufacture of arms have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2026.

5. The father of the petitioner was caught on the spot and the petitioner ran away from there.

6. Considering the quantum of recovery, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
