The present writ application has been filed for the following relief(s):- (i) For issuing the writ(s) in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondents to verify the signature of (Private) respondent no.5 (posted s the C.O. Rosera) under which the Basgit Purchas was issued or not in Basgit Purchas Case No.16/2006- 07, 17/2006-07, 18/2006-07, 19/2006-07 and 20/2006-07.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10736 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 (ii) For issuing directions to respondents to verify the Basgit Purchas issued in favour of five persons is original or not because there is no record is available in the Circle officer, Rosera and not mentioning the name of land owners on the Basgit Purchas issued in Basgit Purchas Case No.16/200607, 17/2006-07, 18/2006-07, 19/2006-07 and 20/2006-07.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will approach respondent no. 3, the Collector, Samastipur for the redressal of his grievance.

4. Granting said liberty, the present writ application stands disposed of.
