Patna High Court CWJC No.20578 of 2016(2) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 present case is identical to the judgment passed in C.W.J.C. No. 23479 of 2012 (Ramdhyan Kushwaha & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) disposed of on 03.08.2017.

In that view of the matter, the authority concerned will examine the fact, law and prayer of both the cases, if all are identical, the petitioners may also be granted the same benefit as has been given to Ramdhyan Kushwaha & Ors.

With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
