Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect (s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 291 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 363 and 367 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are father and sister of the main accused, who has eloped with the alleged victim. Considering the aforesaid facts and also Annexure2, which is the petition filed by the informant in the Court below, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Case No. 291 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
