JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-05-2017 The petitioner had moved this Court earlier for anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No.30970 of 2010, which was dismissed as withdrawn after some argument by order dated 11.10.2010.

The petitioner neither challenged the aforesaid order nor complied the same; rather after seven years of that order has again moved this Court for anticipatory bail. This Court was inclined to dismiss with heavy cost. However, the petitioner wants to surrender within ten days from the date of communication of the order. Hence, it is dismissed as withdrawn.
