The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 385, 387, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1b)a, 26 of the Arms Act and Sections 16(1) (b), 20, 38 of UAPA Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that from his possession one pistol and one live cartridge were seized. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.03.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on
