1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352 and 351(2) of the BNS.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are women and the informant alleges that her uncle (Sohanlal) was coming back home on 11.02.2026 at 5:00 PM

No.44388 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/3 and when he reached near the house of Manilal, he saw an altercation going on in between Manilal and her cousin brother Nitish, hence her uncle intervened when thirteen named accused persons including the petitioners started assaulting, further Kedar caught Sohanlal and petitioner no. 4 assaulted him by farsa causing injury on head, thereafter assaulted her father (Solokh) by bamboo causing injury on his nose, thereafter, Runa and Chandani caught Asha and Rahul assaulted her by lathi causing injury on her palm and Kedar took out Rs. 17,000/- from her uncle's pocket and accused persons also assaulted Nitish and the informant while Ajit snatched his chain.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant, it is further submitted that Turkauliya PS Case No. 81 of 2026 was instituted from the side of the petitioners against the informant and his side, as such, the instant FIR is a counterblast. It is next submitted that in Turkauliya PS Case No. 81 of 2026, it was alleged that their goat got crushed by car of informant's side on which an altercation took place and informant's side assaulted petitioner's side. It is next submitted that even presuming what has been alleged is true without admitting then injuries suffered by the injured have been opined

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44388 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 3/3 to be simple in nature as would manifest from the specific pleading made at Para 12 of the anticipatory bail application. It is also submitted that if privilege of anticipatory bail is granted, the petitioners will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation to prove their innocence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 83 of 2026 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
