2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025, registered under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 109, 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the informant was shot in the knee near Repura High School by four coaccused persons including these petitioners, after being chased on motorcycles. Earlier, on 10.02.2025, liquor was recovered from one Sujit Kumar Chaudhary, following which the accused had threatened the informant. Police recovered four empty cartridges from the spot and prepared a seizure list.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. Specific allegation of firing is against co-accused Rohit Kumar Nirala. It is next submitted that the petitioners have got no concern with the alleged occurrence and there was no eye witness of the said occurrence. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that other co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45454 of 2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.
